Beginning Our Family Adventure
On 21 August 2016, my wife Suneera, our three-year-old daughter Fathima Haniya, and I set out on a family trip to Virgin Valley, Pathrakkadavu Eco Tourism in Palakkad. The day was filled with excitement as we prepared for a peaceful retreat into nature. Fathima was thrilled to be spending the day outdoors, eager to explore the beauty of the lush green valley. With everything packed, we headed out, ready to embrace a day surrounded by the serene natural landscape.
Arriving at Virgin Valley
When we arrived at Virgin Valley, the tranquility of the place instantly drew us in. The sound of the river flowing nearby and the chirping birds created a calm and peaceful environment. The pristine beauty of the valley, with its clear skies and tall trees, was captivating. Fathima was curious, running around and pointing at everything she saw, from butterflies to flowers.
Exploring the Natural Trails
We decided to take a leisurely walk along the nature trails in Virgin Valley. The paths were shaded by tall trees, making the walk pleasant and cool. Fathima enjoyed exploring the surroundings, picking up leaves and stones, and listening to the sounds of nature. The quiet atmosphere and the beauty of the valley made the walk both relaxing and enjoyable for all of us.
A Fun Time by the River
We made our way to the river, where the sound of the flowing water was soothing. Fathima was excited to play by the riverbank, dipping her hands into the water and splashing around. We spent time relaxing by the river, enjoying the gentle flow and the beauty of the surroundings. The clear, cool water was inviting, and it was a perfect spot for Fathima to play and explore safely.
A Quiet Picnic in Nature
We found a beautiful spot beside the river for a picnic. The peaceful environment made it the ideal location to sit back and relax. We spread out our picnic blanket, and Fathima happily enjoyed her snacks while we took in the serene surroundings. The soft rustling of leaves, the flowing river, and the gentle breeze made this moment perfect for us as a family to unwind and bond with nature.
A Day Well Spent
As the day came to a close, we reflected on the wonderful time we had spent together in Virgin Valley. The peaceful atmosphere, the natural beauty, and the chance to escape into nature made it a day to remember. Fathima was tired but happy, already asking when we would return. Virgin Valley had given us a beautiful family memory, and we left feeling refreshed and connected to nature.
